KoRn RIAA Platinum Award for “Take a look in the mirror”

We have added another KoRn award to the collection: the RIAA Platinum award for Take a Look in the Mirror. Perhaps the most significant aspect of this award is its dedication — it is dedicated to the band itself, which is truly remarkable. The album was released on November 21, 2003, and was certified Platinum by the RIAA on December 16, 2003, for selling over one million copies.

The award is in excellent condition, especially considering it dates back to 2003/2004. What makes this award particularly unique is its custom frame, which perfectly complements the album cover’s prominent mirror design.

Take a Look in the Mirror was KoRn’s sixth studio album and the last to feature the band’s original lineup in full. The album also achieved commercial success, reaching number 9 on the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart. Also I’m happy to see that the album charted in my home country Switzerland at number 14! Nice side fact: The album also went Gold in Australia and in Germany!
